The work on installing a new ACRRES test site distribution container at Wageningen UR has started. This facility is used for EnergyKeeper to integrate all the devices, hardware and software into a smart grid with renewable energy sources (solar, wind, biogas) and energy consumption at the ACRESS test site. This allows testing of the developed redox flow battery which will be equipped with an interoperable Battery Management System enabling plug and play integration into a Smart Grid. All partners in the EnergyKeeper project will visit the site on June 19 to discuss the lay-out and measurements.
