Work package 1 – project management

This work package ensures that the project meets its objectives in good quality, within budget and scheduled time limits. The work package holds 5 tasks:

Task 1.1: Daily project management. (Taskleader LEI). Includes overseeing and managing activities and deliverables / milestons status, organization of project meetings and/or audio/video conferences, acting as front end with the EC and updating other partners on the project progress, mamaging actions against partners in default, conflict resolution and coordination of progress reports.
